What we collect
When you place an order or send a request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email (if you give one), delivery address, the items you chose, and any notes or details you add.
Why we collect it
We use it to confirm your order, print it, deliver it, and reply to your request. We do not sell your details.
Your cart
Your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. If you type your phone number into the cart, we also keep that number with the items in your cart so we can follow up on WhatsApp if you do not finish your order.
Reward points
Reward points are linked to your phone number, not to an account. Anyone who knows a phone number can see how many points it holds, but nothing else about the person. Points you spend are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before we print.
If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Use the contact page.
